Carrubba Incorporated was founded by Philip Carrubba Sr. in 1976. The company started solely as a Fragrance producer, expanding into Botanical Extracts and Flavors just two years later in 1978. 1993 was the first time our company expanded into a different product segment, Natural Deodorants. In 2003 Carrubba Incorporated gained its Organic Status from the USDA NOP. Throughout the years, Carrubba has been family owned and operated. Currently, Duane Michael Carrubba is the CEO of Carrubba Incorporated, assuming the position from his brother, Philip Carrubba Jr., in 2014.

Our family oriented, eco-friendly company is an ingredients supplier for Aromatic and Botanical Extracts for use in consumer products across the world. We use a wide range of experience, including our inhouse perfumery and technical knowledge, and consult with industry experts to meet the visions of our customers' products.

Our Purpose
Carrubba Incorporated specializes in the creation of unique fragrances, flavors, botanical & aromatic extracts, essential oils and natural deodorants for leading manufacturers and brands around the world.
We have dedicated ourselves to the individual needs of our customers. Attention to detail, direct and immediate access to our product development and applications laboratory personnel, and the Carrubba “personal touch” assures you of our commitment to the ultimate success of your product.
At Carrubba, we continuously update our laboratory and manufacturing capabilities to keep pace with technological advancements. State-of-the-art instrumentation combined with sophisticated computer controls assure quality and consistency in every product. Our expert technical staff responds quickly and accurately to provide regulatory assistance or help solve complex issues for special formulations.
Where We Operate
We currently operate out of Connecticut, USA. In 2021, we had a new headquarters and manufacturing plant built in Monroe, Connecticut. This facility is 3 times larger than the size of the current manufacturing space in Milford, CT. We introduced new state of the art equipment with increased capacity for every department.
We distribute products across 40 Countries and 6 Continents to over 500 customers. Our products and ingredients are used in cosmetic, personal care, pet care, and household cleaning products.
